I just want to share that I?ve had the best experience at this location than I have any other fast food restaurant. Even short... staffed they did a fast and efficient job and the food quality was *chef kiss* FRESH, TASTY, AND WAS VERY GENEROUS with sauceand didn?t even give me and trouble when asking for more. Despite the previous transgressions of this place, it's been a decent place to get a quick morning meal or snack before work... with an accuracy of about 50-75% of the meal. Obviously I'm writing this because this was such an occasion, but quite comicallyso. I got a bacon beast burrito, as well as biscuit for my coworkers, and a loaded omelette and cinnamon roll for myself.Luckily my coworkers meals were fine, and the cinnamon roll was alright, however my loaded omelette was actually an over cookedchicken patty on a less than visually appealing biscuit. I'll be back when I get off at 2 and hopefully I'll get a refund, sincethis time, i actually received a receipt. Attached is a photo of the chicken biscuit as I unwrapped it. Beware of using the app for this place, you'll get charged and get no food.. I used it a few weeks ago and when I pulled up at... the curbside no one ever came out to say anything to me yet the place was locked up and there were still people inside which Ididn't realize until about 15 to 20 minutes of sitting there waiting on my lunch break. I obviously ended up leaving and come tofind out they charged me for my meal, so I disputed it with my bank and Hardee's is apparently going against it so I don'treceive my refund which is ridiculous. Its not even about the 11 bucks, its the principle of the matter, either your storedoesn't let upper management know when they close the store and goof off inside or they lack the management intelligence to knowwhen they close their doors to people. Either way, I'll never return to a food place that's okay with stealing money fromcustomers. Read more
