I ordered 2steak biscuits with mustard on it and a large order hash rounds and a orange juice! Sad to say that I didn?t even get... what I ordered besides the orange juice?two sausage and egg biscuits The female that took the order was rushing to take theorder and rushing to end the order by proceeding to say are you done. I want my food that I ordered and not something that Ididn?t order! And here?s a kicker I work way off of 8th Ave so I wasn?t in no short distance to go there for breakfast. If Iwanted a messed up order I could have went to McDonald?s to get rushed to order and the wrong food or no food at all that Iorder! Read more
Burger was good but the service was ridiculously slow. I was the only car in the drive through at a slower time for business. ... It took a good 8 minutes to get my order. My large fries were bits and pieces and the container only 1/2 full. The processneeds improvement. Read more

I went this morning only because I saw the advertisement for the prime rib burrito. I approached the drive thru and was greeted... rudely. Asked twice for the burrito, small with a coffee. As I was saying what I wanted in my coffee I was rudely interruptedand told to ?just say it at the window?. When I arrived at the window the lady handed me my coffee no sugar no cream given. Shelaughed at me as if it was some kind of joke. I got to work opened my burrito and in it was bacon, absolutely no prime rib. I donot eat pork, if they were out of prime rib they could have said so and I would?ve been on my way. Instead they take my moneyand give me something I did not order. I?ve never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior in the few times I?ve comehere. Waste of time, waste of money. Read more

I used to like Hardees because of their Western Bacon Cheeseburger, a nice connection to Carl's Jr out west. However, it's... disappeared from their menu. :-( The burgers now are pretty standard and the dining room, while clean, was not the most invitingplace to eat. Don't know that I'll ever return.
