It is sad that I have to leave a bad review. Save your money and go to another restaurant. Terrible on everything. This place... has an impressive atmosphere so you are fooled into thinking it's going to be a good experience. From the cold and terriblebread that you have to ask for to getting my order wrong after a detail conversation with our server. I ended up eating andaccepting what I did not order to not spoil the evening with two other out-of-town couples that myself and my wife met there. Wewill never go back there again and discourage anyone that may ask us to recommend a place to eat. There are way too many greatrestaurants in Nashville so you don't have to put up with bad food and bad service. We spent over $600 for our dinners which wasnot worth it. I have a lot of influence in town so I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. If I could give them aminus star I would. Don't be fooled by the few people that had a good experience that gave them a good rating. It wasembarrassing to my wife and I that we decided to meet up with two other couples that were out of town to this restaurant. The one star reviews say it all. I feel sorry for the people that have to work there. This was the first and last time we will evergo there or recommend it to anyone. They got us once but they will never get our business again. My wife and I are not difficultpeople to please so for me to actually take the time to write this review and warn people to avoid this place for dinner was amust. Read more
Food was good and so was the staff. Very accommodating. My tagliatele Ragu was a very small portion for the price and the low... cost of pasta The mushroom risotto was a slightly better portion size. We might go back. We'll see. Nice ambiance. Hostesswas very friendly and welcoming. Read more

Great Italian treat, with Italian roots and ran like it was true Italian cousins running it in the town of Nashville, TN. A home... cooked style Italian authentic pasta. Great place to take clients and have a good meal plus conversation. Highly recommend andhope to stay that way true to roots and down to earth nice environment for meal and guests to be welcoming. Nice place. Food was great. Staff was pretty good. You know how it is when they know you are not going to spend a ton of money... they just start to ignore you? Front of the place seems odd. I should've read some of the reviews before choosing this establishment for dinner. While they purport themselves as a fine... Italian restaurant, they simply aren't. Strip this place down to simply the food and quality of service, it's just an averageItalian restaurant. While there was nothing off-putting, there was nothing to set them apart except the price. My wife andI had the Risotto and the Gnocchi (two of our favorite Italian dishes). Both were of average quality with absolutely nooriginality. These two dishes, served as they were, shouldn't cost more than $30 combined, yet the total was $80 without wine,appetizers, or dessert. The gnocchi texture wasn't up to par and the mozzarella chunks were not uniform (ranging from tinyshreds to large chunks) and cold. I had no complaints about the quality or taste of the risotto. It just lacked anythingunique. If you've got money to burn and would like to try some classic, true to the region, Northern Italian dishes that maynot be available at the chain Italian places in Nashville, this place is fine.
