Love Edley's! So glad that they opened a location on this side of town in Lenox Village. The BBQ is great, staff is all very... friendly, and they have tons of beer on drafts and a full bar. It's been rightfully busy these last two weeks since they'veopened. They also have a large patio for outdoor seating. Huge fan! Read more
I cannot believe the reviews I?m seeing. It?s obvious the ones leaving bad reviews have never worked in the service industry -... let alone customer service. They have been open less than ONE WEEK. Chill out. We dined in the first day and had amazing foodand excellent service! So excited to have a location in LV!! Can?t way to go back. Read more
I'm gonna chalk it up to them being new and hopefully it will get better. I ordered to go and should have checked before... leaving. First I ordered 2 platters and neither came with cornbread as the menu stated. That was heartbreaking because i waslooking forward to that bread. The first platter was 8 wings with Buffalo sauce. The sauce was put on so lite that my daughteradded her own when we got home. They also forgot the ranch. The second platter was half slab of ribs which was great. I alsoordered a brisket sandwich and flavor was good except again the bbq sauce was put on so lite I could barley taste it. I mean itwas like they dipped a toothpick in the sauce and used it to drizzle on the sandwich. I'm not big on bad reviews but when Ispend $60 for 2 meals and a sandwich I expect a little better. Have tried numerous times since opening to get take out and they are refusing to do that right now. Thought I would give it one... more try today and when I call no one picks up. It is an automated pick up and won?t allow me to pick any of the numberedoptions even just to simply speak to a team member. I get a newly opened restaurant can be a task but if you couldn?t handle itthen you should have stayed closed and trained the team members better to be able to handle to go orders. This place is amazing! My wife and I came in a little too close for comfort to closing time, but the staff was so attentive and... kind and welcomed us in! The food was also Delicious! I think I cracked the code with their fry basket by adding their Ghost bbqsauce and ketchup to it. This location is beautiful and I?m excited to come here with friends to watch sports and to have a fundate night out with my wife! 10/10 would recommend. Read more
These reviews are wild, especially given that this place opened like 4 days ago?! This team is doing a TREMENDOUS job!!! We had... an absolutely wonderful experience at this new location. Food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was so kind and attentive.(Shoutout to the guy in the flannel shirt who took our order!) They even had some vegetarian and pescatarian options! :) I?mgrateful to live so close - we?ve been watching this building grow for the past 8 months or so, and it?s so fun to finally seeit all come together. They really made us wait an hour only to serve us brisket fat tacos. We had to pull the fat out, but by then it was ready for... the trash can. They ran out of almost everything and we couldn?t order what we came for. Overall, a terrible experience.
