E+ROSE Wellness Cafe is my favorite spot in Nashville to get all my meals, snacks, pick me ups, energizers and daily wellness... juices. I am in LOVE with E+ROSE! Their locations are all very clean, unique and friendly staffed. They have a very welcome +laid back atmosphere that allows you to enjoy your experience when you go in, wether to order and sit, or wether you?re justpicking up an online order! I really can?t say enough GREAT things about E+ROSE. They use the most fresh & high qualityingredients to ensure goodness in every bite or sip. Cool place, with a nice hipster vibe with all the usual visual cues to keep the Peloton/Prana clientele happy. Their SOBRO bowl... was great. Our toasts were prepared by a cool guy who was SO slow that we almost starved but, as Spring rolled into Summer, ourtoasts duly appeared and were works of art. See pic. Favorite healthy cafe in Nashville and wish we had them in Austin! Clean and inviting space from the outside in. Wonderful... aromas greet you upon entering. I've been to this location one other time (I included the photos I took then, too), but this time I got something new! I got a... Blue Bae Superfood Bowl with added pea protein. It was seriously the best smoothie bowl I've ever had. The cashew butter reallysent it to the top of my list; it was in a blob in the middle of the toppings, and I was very excited to discover it, haha.Generally, this place reminds me of the restaurants I used to visit in Chattanooga, and it feels like home.
