I came here five times while in town for a conference. I had a wrap, multiple bowls, and lattes. One latte had a newer person... making them and the milk was burnt but all of the others were delicious and done well. The bowls are beautiful and delicious! Icarried them to eat at a conference and had so many people ask where to get them. The BC bowl was so good and very filling(lasted me 5 hours until next meal). The wrap I had was also very good. E+Rose is one of my favorite wellness cafes in all of Nashville. I absolutely love the pre-game bowl, all of their juices and... their wraps and salads. Everything is very fresh and is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying their delicious bowls oreven creating one yourself! Read more

Just stopped by here to get matcha & mocha while on a business trip & really impressed by this place, but also the wonderful... people who work here. The girls are not only beautiful, but also super friendly & efficient. The place was quite busy but wewere in & out in less than 5 minutes. Love all the healthy stuff they have, from fresh juices to yummy salads, to healthyadaptogens/super foods they can add to anything. Genius!
