Earlier in the week I had ordered Dunkin form door dash. I explained to the team that I had ordered 2 boxes of pumpkin spice... k-cups but they only gave me one. No questions asked Taylor Rae grabbed one off of the country and gave it to me! She said shewas sorry that it had happened. This is the kind of service you rarely see anymore! Customer service is EXCELLENT. Staff work efficiently to complete each customers order. Drinks made look awesome and just like... advertised, which is rare in many establishments. Music City Center should be happy about the business this company brings aswell as the customer service. Love this store and staff. Read more
Don't waste your money, the service is horrible, the coffee is nasty, the store is dirty, and the staff are slow. I waited 15... minutes for a small cup of coffee and ended up throwing it out. Read more

Walked down to this dunkin from the hotel we were staying at and had a great experience. Both the employees were nice,... especially the cashier, Q. He even helped my son pick out a donut! Read more
Worst DD EVER!!!!! Was out skateboarding and ordered me a refresher and a bottle of bottled water for my dog through the app.... Get to the location and there?s no bottles of water. Okay, cool, they give me a large cup of ice water for my dog and SHOULDissue me a refund right? WRONG!!!! Offered me other items which I can?t carry because I?m out skateboarding and couldn?t give mecash or credit back for the $2.99 bottle of water. Service was fast and friendly. I'm not sure if this is a Nashville thing or just this location, but they do not serve... sandwiches. It was drinks, donuts, and basic bagels/muffins. Read more
