I have only been to this location twice, but it seems like this is only of the only Dunkin' in Nashville that can actually make... good drinks. I love Dunkin' but most Nashville locations serve burnt or overly sugary coffee. Both of the times I have been mydrink was made properly and I received it quickly. This last time, the server even topped off my cold brew with more cream sinceI was a few minutes late to pick up my mobile order. While I have never been during rush hour so I can't speak for the servicethen, I would try this location out if you are seeking to get your Dunkin fix and want your drink to taste good. Read more

I?ve been to this location maybe 5 times. Each time there?s been something wrong with my order- to being given the wrong... sandwich, to a room temp ?hot? drink to forgotten items. I?m not usually one to complain or leave reviews, but the orders arerarely correct, staff is pretty rude (or worse, they tend to ignore customers), and this is probably the SLOWEST drive thru I?veever been to, even at non-peak times. Haha well apparently I didn't know what the matcha latte was I saw latte and Frozen and got all excited. They handed that green... thing out the window it tasted like straight wheat grass.. but because I paid 6 dollars for it I drank it. The service was goodlocation sucks getting in and out. Waited in the drive through, and never was spoken to. I tried calling and they didn't answer, and had been beeping my horn. A... man behind me tried as well and had to drive away. I walked in and the kid turned around and said "one second, he knows" themusic is blasting in here as well which is normally fine, but it makes me think they don't care after not responding to me.After about 3 minutes of standing there Makeisha came out and apologized, and said someone didn't show up this morning. I lether know the kid with the head set didn't help me other than turn around and let me know "he knows" then walked away. She saidhe doesn't know how to run the cash register and he just makes donuts. I can totally understand being short handed especiallynowadays, and I understand that he doesn't run the register, but please communicate that instead of ignoring customers. Makeishawas very nice. Maybe the worst experience I've ever had for fastfood. Waited in line at the drive thru for about 30 minutes AT THE ORDER BOX... without getting helped. "Just one more second" they would say before disappearing for 15 min. The lobby looked equallydisastrous. This location is fine if you just want drinks, but be weary of hot items. Every time I go here and try to order a sandwich their... kitchen is closed for cleaning. Find it a bit odd the kitchen is being cleaned in the middle of the day instead of at close... Iunderstand if they're understaffed or out of product, but it's been a few times now I've been told they can't make hot itemsbecause of the kitchen being cleaned... We don't have a lot of DDs here so it's pretty inconvenient if you really just want asandwich and not a donut. Their donut selection is also generally pretty slim. If I could I?d rate a zero, and it?s not for the store. The restaurant and staff itself are outstanding, super friendly, funny,... and fast. Every time I go in everyone is happy and enjoying their job and all customers are happy. This one worker I think hername is Fatima is just very demanding, she likes to boss them all around while doing absolutely nothing and doesn?t takeresponsibility for her own mistakes but instead fights with other coworkers in-front of guests, she doesn?t have good customerservice skills either she always has an attitude and is very loud and rude before anyone can even talk, don?t get me wrong she?sa hard fast worker. When the right customer and a tip are involved that is. I?ve been going to this location since it opened andit was at its peak without her, employees and customers were happier. This morning I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant. Not only was the lady that took my order was rude and had a... very nasty attitude. My food was horrible the turkey was not fresh and the croissant was burnt. I would've brung it back but thefact that i was in a hurry to get to the hospital to see my mom. Something needs to be done about getting served old food topeople that pay good money to eat a decent meal. Don't worry cause I won't be back at this trash place again. Thank u and have anice life.
