We stopped here Thanksgiving morning, 6 employees and only 2 at the counter appeared to be working. Our order was totally wrong... except for the donut holes. The cold coffees tasked like the pot had not been cleaned in days and had a red look to it. The boxof coffee we bought looked and tasted like brown water. Worst $34 we ever spent! Shame on you! I could tell the donuts were fresh and I didn't see any variety the only thing I noticed were donut holes and maybe a donut... twist so where their inventory was it wasn't out front. I got them to warm up my donut holes and that was interesting becausethey toasted them up pretty quick, they weren't crunchy or microwaved. ???? Read more
I have never left a review on a place before?SUPER LONG WAIT. When ordering, the lady was rude and didn?t seemed trained at... all? When I asked about a drink they had she literally said she didn?t know. I waited 45 minutes in the line lol I knew if Ileft I?d be even more mad that I didn?t even get the coffee. I understand wait times, as I?m a barista myself, but this was anAWFUL experience. Hoping Dunkin improves bc this is close to where I live, but I?m not coming back for awhile. Read more
Third time there and again they are out of cold brew. Issue this time is I went into the store and specifically asked to make... sure before I ordered and waiting in the long line. Cashier said yes we have it. Place the order and sit around for 10 min or sobefore the gentlemen making the coffee yells out an order number, mine, and proceeds to ask me if I wanted something differentand that they don?t have cold brew? this location is always a hot mess. Worst service experience I've ever had at a dunkin. Took us nearly a half hour just to get a simple vanilla latte. They... continued to serve the following 3 customers behind us before finally finishing our order. Staff here is unprofessional andawful. Read more
We were there around 3:00 in the afternoon and the doughnuts tasted stale (which seems to happen when bought in the afternoons).... We've only gone by in afternoons a few times in hopes they'll be better each time, but I think we'll stay with going earlymornings when we go from now on. Maybe if you store all in a case where they aren't exposed to the open air, that might help. Read more
1st time here! Masks not required. Employees are wearing masks though. They have a drive thru. We came on a Sunday around 930 am... and was busy inside and drive thru. There was a wait inside almost out the door. The line didn't move quickly but we got in andout in about 20 minutes. Dunkin is my favorite donut place! Read more
There?s a way to do your job the right way and the way you?re trained, and there?s also workers who are going to do their job... the fast way, the easier way and all-around lazier way. I was extremely disappointed at his Dunkin? Donuts this morning. I?msure these workers are trained on the way they are supposed to make the coffees And prepare the breakfast sandwiches and food. Iwent through the drive-through this morning and my bacon, egg and cheese bagel had sliced American cheese that was cold andslapped on there as soon as it was taken out of the plastic wrap.
