This was absolutely the worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to my life, and I?ve been to many of them before most of them or... subpar at best, because of their lack of understanding and execution at the register, and while making food, to serving coffee. Their business model is something from 1920 at best. They continuously strive to be the worst fast food and coffee models todate. I don?t know what the CEO, CFO are thinking about their company but it is absolutely the worst in America right now Icould do their job with half the effort but 150% better results than these clowns. Try me please I would love your job. I wouldturn your company around in a matter of months from the people that you hire to the lackluster attitudes that resonates! Ordered a chicken biscuit and couldn?t even eat it, it was so badly burnt. Waited in the 20 minute drive thru line for this.... This is the 2nd time I?ve experienced a chicken biscuit like this from Dunkin? 2 different locations. I?m convinced they telltheir employees it?s okay to serve them like this. Read more
The lady by the name Wanda is very rude and refuse to take customers money..this didn't happen to me but I watch her do it to... another customer..she told them she can't break a 50 and pluse she don't trust them.. This is the most poorly ran Dunkin that I've ever been to. You're guaranteed a 20 - 30 minute wait in the drive through line.
This location always has issues with making drinks right and making sure everything is in your order. I order the same simple... coffee every day and somehow it?s always nasty. The service is terrible as well. Employees care more about talking to each otherand being on their phones. Read more
Idk who has rated this place 5 stars. How much they pay yall to do that Had? ???? My experience there: Had me "pull up" when... noone was behind me so they could take 20 mins to make my wake up wrap and it not effect their drive thru time stats. Really impressed by service I received. The lady that was working drive thru I think her name is Mecca was super sweet and... communicative. I only saw her and one other guy black dude with gold cross chain working and if that?s the case they didphenomenal job working fast and efficiently while juggling huge line of orders. I stop here for breakfast and coffee from time to time on my way to work. The staff is nice and they have been friendly to me... each time I have gone. I do think the online ordering for this location is ran oddly. They will make your order and let it sitout until you get there not in a bag. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich once on the app and I got to the store alittle late due to traffic. When I came to the drive thru to pick it up my coffee was ice cold (ordered hot) and my sandwich waslukewarm and not in a bag to keep the freshness (it was just in a small box that didn't close all the way). I've learned thebest way to get your food at this location is to order ahead when you are down the road, that way you can pull in an grab itwhile it's still fresh. This location is average at best.
