Don?t get me wrong I love the pizza and the wings from here but the customer service is sub par every single time. Usually get a... to go order and it always either takes forever to come out or it?s ready way before it?s supposed to be and is therefore cold.Usually no staff members are at the front desk so no information is given as to how long I?m expected to wait the days when it?snot ready. Appreciate they may be suffering from staffing shortages but just say on the phone sorry it?s gonna be a long waitrather than ?it?ll be right out for you?. Read more
I like trying new restaurants when I?m out of town and pizza is my favorite so I decided to try Donatos. Not very happy at all..... I ordered a Pepsi and a water and got 2 Pepsi. I ordered a brownie and got chocolate chip cookie. The pizza itself was cold. Igave 2 stars because the salad was ok. Don?t think I?ll be trying this restaurant again. Read more
Great pizza and wonderful staff. My wife and I were enjoying a little R&R in Nashville with our 2 dogs and stumbled upon... Donatos Pizza. With us loving all pizzas but especially thin crust St. Louis style. I have to say this was a great place topick. The staff greated our fur babies with open arms on the outside patio. They brought them water and slices if pepperoni. I can't say enough about how good this place is. Read more
I come from NJ so I am a harsh judge of pizza. I found this spot walking distance from my job and I have to say that I love... their pizza. Their personal pies are delicious and very thin. They cut it into smaller bite size pieces. I love the smokedcheese. Prices are fair and affordable for lunch. I've always ordered to-go, they are quick and friendly about it.
