I had pretty much given up on getting decent fast food but my buddy said "No, this is the good one." Boy, was that guy right.... This is 10/10 the best cookout I've had in middle TN. Higher prices smaller portions, incoherent staff, wrong drink, asked for sauce no sauce. Waited in drive thru twenty minutes for... trash basically, it use to be a great place I guess management doesn't care anymore. And stop selling dollar tree fries and goback to the quality ones Read more
Something of note... This location's lobby is still closed due to covid 6/12/22... A little unexpected and frustrating since... we're just traveling through and have no where to take the food to eat. This is the first time I've had cook out. It wasgreat! The four of us ordered very different items from each other and they were all good and recommended. I had the originalgrilled chicken sandwich. It was well cooked, very juicy, good amount of salt/seasonings, and had a nice smokey flavor. Theymissed getting us one of our shakes but we went back and was given it without issue when we came through. No arguments, noaccusations, no issues, very polite. I was very impressed, so didn't take away a star for forgetting it in the first place. Theyare willing to correct a mistake and that's the most I could/would expect of any decent place. The burger was excellent; I got the cheddar style regular burger. The milkshake was pretty good; it had nice chucks of Oreos.... Unfortunately they didn?t get our order right. Everyone enjoyed their food regardless. They were a bit behind and the tablesweren?t all clean, but great burgers reasonably priced! Read more
