The service was stellar despite only having two servers and one food runner. Our server, Lexi, never stopped smiling while she... was juggling no less then 6 tables while her service partner, JJ, did the same. The food runner, Beth, made sure the hot foodgot to the guests while the servers kept busy refilling drinks and taking orders. Eric (dishwasher, maybe) also continued tocome out of the kitchen to prebus tables and helped keep service flowing. I've never seen four people work so seamlesslytogether to take care of so many guests. And the food was DELICIOUS to boot! We started with the caprese. It was almost toopretty to eat, but man, it was worth destroying the work of art to enjoy the fresh, robust flavors! My date and I both orderedthe Veggie Lasagna as our main dish. The noodles were cooked perfectly. It was absolutely smothered in cheeses and just overallphenomenal. The kitchen staff nailed it. Typically a short staffed restaurant would frustrate me, but this team was anabsolute joy to watch.
