Located in the newer, and remarkably quiet, section of Downtown Nashville (Capitol View), Clean Juice is in the perfect location... and offers just the right items for a pick me up smoothie or a healthy lunch or snack. Not from the city. The GPS took me to the opposite of the street. The girl working was not very helpful in finding the place,... which wasn?t that big of a deal. I ended up finding it myself. She wasn?t very welcoming or friendly as far as customer servicegoes. The smoothie tasted great. Read more
My mom and I came to this location for the first time on August 1. We were absolutely disgusted. The customer service was... horrible. First, the employee was extremely rude, did not greet us whatsoever, and waited for us to start telling her what wewanted instead of even just simply asking. We ordered two bowls and one of them had a coconut water accommodation because of mytreenut allergy. After waiting over 20 minutes we got our bowls and they were liquid goop. It was like straight up fruit water.The employee who made it knew it was wrong. My mom ate hers but I was not going to eat a horribly made bowl that I paid $19 for.I asked them to remake it and the employee charged us AGAIN, for a bowl she made WRONG. Then we waited 17 minutes for her tomake me another bowl. She could not make the bowl right, was adding extra ice and fruit making the taste completely off andstill have the audacity to serve me another bowl that was wrong. By this time we had spent almost an hour here and the employeewas doing nothing to go out of her way to make the bowls correctly the way that they should be. I was so frustrated andrightfully so, as the employees showed absolutely no care or work ethic. So we left and went to the Brentwood location wherethey made my bowl perfectly fine. The Franklin location is my absolute favorite as they always go above and beyond. This wasn?ta matter of the Clean Juice products, it was a matter of the employee who quite frankly seemed like she had no idea what she wasdoing. All the other Clean Juice locations I go to are absolutely amazing and always have no problem making my bowl the way itshould be me. I recommend that people steer clear from this location and go to a location that actually cares about theircustomers and makes the products right. Read more
I stopped by because I saw they had a breakfast wrap. And I know it?s not one of the big items that people talk about in their... reviews, but it was really good. They use a flat bread and then toast it. It comes out really crunchy and they use all freshingredients. I would get it again. Very cool organic vegan plant based juice and smoothies , smoothie bowls and grab and go juices. I had the healthy heart... smoothie, you can see the ingredients in the menu photos I posted and a energy one juice which is one of the best juices I haveever had.
