The customer service today August 20 @7:05 am was not good at all. She was very rude and I couldn?t figure out why so nasty. ... The students when they?re there provide better customer service. I was very disappointed and will not return. This cause me togo out and get my own juicer. I was also charged $15 for a small juice which I have never paid before. The food and smoothies are amazing but don't try to go in within an hour of closing time even for a to go. They will give you an... attitude. I was there at 6:15 and they close at 7. I got a smoothie and a wrap TO GO and the lady that came out with my wrap hadan attitude. This is not the first time this has happened there. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. I ordered coffee smoothie with added whey protein and the egg sandwich. I?m never going back. I try my best to support small businesses as I have always had my own, and usually you get much better... customer service by going somewhere local. I just left and I?m shaking my head at how rude the lady was that waited on me. Shewas short, and annoyed that I was even in there. Didn?t say hello, how are you, nothing. She took my order, there was one personin the store who ordered after me, and she took 15 min to make my one bowl. She was in no hurry. She also never said a wordbesides my name when it was ready. I actually looked at her and said thank you have a nice day, and she didn?t say anythingback. I don?t get why someone works in the service industry, and can?t simply be kind.
