Wouldn't suggest going wait in line for 20 minutes just to be told could not buy product that was listed on menu even though the... display rack was completely full with fresh rolls. When I asked why they said they did t have any ready and that if I wanted a15.00 dollar 4 pack I would have to pay almost 6.00 dollars a piece for them ...I think not...BBB will be getting a complaintalso. Absolutely terrible. Terrible service. Terrible management. Bought a 4 pack. Yesterdays rolls. Dry and cold even after asking to... have them warmed. Worst customer service. Save your time and money and just go buy a gas station roll. Read more

I received the worst service ever from Manuel(store lead). I ALWAYS order my cinnabon with the icing on the side because I think... they put too much on the bun. This has never been a problem. Manuel told me I would have to pay for my icing!! What?! Hecouldn?t explain to me why, just saying it?s how Cinnabon does it. Lies. He was so nonchalant and rude about it. Even a fellowemployee was trying to explain to him what I was requesting...nothing special just the icing that comes with my bun. I?ve gottenrude service from here before so now I know to never return. Read more

?Store lead? Manual doesn?t know the first thing about customer service. He was very dismissive to my coupon and essentially... walked away from the conversation. He refused to correct the situation and kept saying he didn?t know anything but he?s notdoing it. Why have a reward system or birthday offers if it?s going to be a problem redeeming them. He didn?t want to reach outto a higher management to help fix the situation because he said he already knew the answer. Just a rude guy stuck at a dead endjob who thinks it?s all coming out his pocket. Read more

Bad customer service. All 3 employees I encountered were rude and impolite including the manager on duty. Very expensive for... food and drinks. Only reason I'm rating this a 2 is that the roll was good tasting. Read more
