Worst experience ever. Stood there like 5 min waiting for someone to take my order but the girl was too busy FaceTiming her... boyfriend. So we left. Saw other people also waiting and they left. It was ridiculous. Read more
Customer service from the male employee wasn?t a good one. I understand that they have boxed rolls- I didn?t want those- I also... understood that they had just made some classic rolls- I wanted 6 rolls and they only had 5. I asked that since I had to wait onthe additional roll could I just wait on all 6 (I think if I?m paying and waiting anyway this should be ok) but nope he arguedhis case and I got the 5 that were already made and still had to wait on the last one. I didn?t make a big deal out of it but hecould have just allowed me to get what I wanted since I?m the paying customer. Young people need to be trained on customerservice.
