The Craft your own salad was HUGE and totally yummy. Everything was very crisp and fresh. The lemon tahini dressing was just... perfect with the falafel in the salad. The hidden gem was the soup. I had the Mexican chicken soup. There were no tortillastrips (although that might have been my fault in not adding them.) But the flavor rivals any I've ever had.
