I walked into this chipotle, and it was kind of dead. I didn?t have to wait in line and I always assume that when it?s not busy,... the people are going to be rude or lazy. What I encountered was the exact opposite. Every single person that helped me made sureI was good to go. They had great energy. Great attitudes and the food is great as well. I was very skeptical to try this place with all the concerning, very negative reviews. Despite this I was craving Chipotle while... at the office and decided to take a chance. I went during lunch time in the middle of the week. I was helped in an appropriateamount of time, all food was well stocked, most of the staff were friendly, and the food itself tasted delicious. The onlycomplaint I would have is when I asked for a little bit of sour cream, she put so much on that I would think it's too much foreven a normal amount, let alone a "little bit". Read more
I usually love Chipotle but this location was frustrating. Yes, it was the lunch rush, I get that but I ordered ahead. I placed... my pickup order for 12:20 as that was the soonest available on the app, I arrived at 12:35 only to find out my order was notthere. They claimed they didn't have it. I showed them the confirmation on my phone and they still didn't have anything. Theythen told me they would have to remake it (probably gave my order to someone else). I then waited until about 12:50 before I gotmy order. 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready! What's the point of ordering ahead? 2 stars because at least after I gotmy order, it was correct. Not only was this location extremely disgusting with the trash overflowing, almost all of the empty tables were dirty and an... employee was peeling onions with no gloves. The line was extremely dirty , the drink machine was out of ice & water , foodlooked absolutely inedible... the only thing that looked almost good enough to eat was the chicken. I got 2 bowls & I asked fora side of hot salsa and guacamole. They forgot my side of red hot salsa & the gauc was extremely SALTY!! I can't believe thisfrom Chipotle being that I was an employee years ago & then Chipotle had so much INTEGRITY & pride in how they did things . I don?t want to be dramatic but I?m shocked at the state of this place. Aside from it being extremely messy, having rude... workers, and rarely getting what I asked for; I ordered online, waited for 20 minutes, asked for the progress of it and all theysaid was ?if it?s not on the shelf it?s not ready.? Waited another 10 minutes for my burrito that was supposed to be made 30minutes ago now. Asked again, got the same answer so I left. Not sure when I?ll be back, which is a shame. OMG! OMG! I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before I had placed my order. I had to call Grubhub for a refund on my... burrito bowl. It was swimming in juices from the salsa, the steak had this weird taste to it but i couldn't quite put my fingeron it, there was enough sour cream to cover a ski slope and a whole half of a avocado was hiding in the guacamole. This is my3rd time trying Chipotle and everytime there has been an issue. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...then its aduck! Read more
Worst experience. Burrito plate was compacted meat ball, impossible to eat, extremely spicy and too much sour cream. Black... guacamole. I ordered large nachos, got only few in a large box. I had to wait an hour for a burrito bowl. The staff making the orders weren?t calling out the names of the completed orders. ... I?m not sure how long mine was sitting there while I stood there waiting. Only a few names were called here and there. A lotof people had the same issue. The chicken tasted over cooked- almost burnt taste to it. Read more
