They are rude and the chicken was horribly seasoned and tasted very bland when I went a few days ago. The line crew needs their... attitudes checked. There was a nice gentleman making the to-go orders but the line crew is extremely rude. DONT GO HERE. There?sanother one that?s fairly close to green hills that you should go to. Chipotle is always hit or miss and this one is a big miss. No greeting, terrible attitudes, and our server was very put out by... any special request like it was a huge burden. They didn't have some food items and the customer service was non existent, ifnot all out rude. I'd go to McDonalds or Taco Bell if I wanted to be treated so poorly. Stay away from this location. Was charged for chips (online order), got to the restaurant, and was then told by the employee who CLEARLY did not want to be... there (no eye contact even made and super exasperated and sassy), ?We are out of chips?, and half heartedly handed my bag. I wasstill charged for the chips and side of corn salsa though! I ordered my bowl with steak, white rice, black beans, extra cornsalsa, and extra cheese. As the picture shows, I was given only steak, rice, and a measly amount of cheese. The date is October16, 2022, the time was 9:05 of order, these employees should be fired. Truly an embarrassment. I also got no side of corn salsaeither, so literally got only three of the things I ordered. I wanted to try the new GG Steak bowl so we went to this location today at 10:30am. The new steak bowl meal is good, but not... $11.65 good compared to the $8.80 carnitas bowl. I?m likely one and done on the new GG Steak bowl. What garnered the two starrating was the unnecessarily rude demeanor of the girls working here today. They failed to give me the cup for my drink andacted like I was a thief for filling the same sized cup I brought in. So, there won?t be a second time for me with the new GGSteak bowl or a second visit to this particular location. There are too many other good options to eat at to put up with rudeemployees.
