You all have gotten really bad with cheating on the amount of fries you give when a person orders a large fry. It's so annoying.... I typically will say something. But then I started to add to the notes and for awhile it seemed that helped but not anymore. Andthe fries at the middle and bottom of this one pictured were under cooked. This is a horrible owned and operated chick fil a they have too much going on and take away from the customer service and the... experience you expect to have at chick fil a the wait is always long the mobile apps are useless and the customer sucks just aswell as the food that?s prepared at that location today cuts ties with me visiting this restaurant worst experience ever waited20 plus mins for a mobile order because parfaits had to be made I should?ve been notified of that earlier . Employees are more than customers at this location and they took more than 5 mins to give me a drink. Just drink is my order.... There is a new Little Blue Menu another delivery partner at this same location and it?s all messed up and there is no room forparking . Try to avoid this restaurant if possible. Not a dine in location. Right off of Church and they have wings on there menu now. Sweet potato tots are good. Rush hour is... definitely around 11-1230pm. They move pretty quick. Read more

So we ordered food from this location online for delivery, however when we received the order it was wrong. We called back up... and was treated very rudely and unprofessionally by THE TO GO SUPERVISOR! Yes crazy right, one of the supervisors treating uslike this. Called back multiple times trying to get in contact with the general manger Lanely, this supervisor was over courseanswering the phone, saying the general manger was busy all morning but aware of the situation. So the general manger is okaywith the supervisor Brandi McDonald being very rude and unprofessional answering the phone and talking people like the way shedid us. And I am sure from the way and her tone she had with us on the phone we are not the only people she is talking to aboutthis! Will never order from this location again! Read more
