By far one of the worst Chick-fil-A experiences I?ve had yet. I ordered at the drive through and once I pulled up to the window... they told me that there was no order in my name and questioned me multiple times even after showing proof of ordering. Most unhelpful manager we have ever dealt with at a Chick-fil-a. They got the order wrong. Manager would not work with a simple... request for properly prepared waffle fries. Then made a snide comment about his kitchen staff not being able to understand aspecial request on the order. Then wanted to pass blame on not fulfilling the request based on corporate standards. The storeis always slow moving cars through the drive thru and getting orders prepared timely. There are many more well run Chick-fil-astores in the area. I figure this store needs some district manager or corporate attention to change the direction of service. More focus on customer service and meeting customer's needs and requests. Read more
Always great food & service! Drive thru can be lengthy because they have lots of customers. Usually well worth the wait!
This Chic-Fil-A location is literally the best. I get breakfast here almost every morning. 2 burritos one sausage and the other... fried chicken. Amazing. Delicious. Perfect. Exceptional. The staff are excellent and they open on time every day at 6:30 a.m. Ialso use the mobile app to go ahead and submit my order so that the staff wave me through to the pickup area. This place isliterally heaven. I'm telling my family to scatter my ashes at this Chick-fil-A location when I die. Read more
I went here not to long ago and was in drive thru! I had order a meal but got the wrong size fries this very nice young man... Angel I believe was there name helped me so kindly. They corrected my order and even ask me if I would?ve liked a water todrink! Everything went very professional on there side and I was amazed by the great customer service they had.
