Ordered a meal online for pickup. When I got to the restaurant to pick up there were several people who said they had been... waiting 20 minutes past their scheduled pick up time without receiving their food. I was supposed to be picking up my meal at12:15 and didn't receive it until 12:38, and only got it then because I flagged down an employee to ask him the status of mymeal. The poor staff seemed overwhelmed with issues, but didn't seem too concerned with customers having to wait longer thanreasonable times or who had to leave without their meals to get back to work. Great food, best Cava I've ever had. The service is awful. Extremely unprofessional- on multiple occasions. Every time I've been... there are employees shouting at each other, walking out on their team, cussing each other out, and today one left in tears. Iplace my order in the morning for 15-30 minutes before I would pickup and mine was ready but there were people waiting for 30minutes+ for their orders. Great food, awful restaurant management. Don't plan on eating there because the atmosphere isincredibly stressful whether it is from the angry employees or stressed/hungry patrons! Read more
Wouldn't get delivery. Asked for silverware didnt get it. Asked for 3 traditional hummus only got 1 scoop. Asked for lemon herb... tahini and garlic got no garlic and barely any tahini. Doesn't taste like fresh like other locations. Read more
Great great go visit tomorrow free food
This location is no better than the other locations I've visited. My friend retrieved our order, and it took over 20 minutes... for the order to be completed after her arrival. This was on top of the 30 minute window listed on the online order. My mealwas missing multiple components, and it was extremely salty. It's disappointing considering that the first few times I visiteda CAVA location, my meal was excellent. I'm just not sure why so many new locations are opening when the quality is so dismal.
