Stopped in for an iced tea and was met by the best customer service from Maya, Coco and Shameka. The food smelled and looked... fresh and delicious. The ladies explained that all the food is fresh and they do not use any freezers. We will definitely beback to eat lunch here tomorrow. Had we not just eaten, I'd have definitely eaten here today. I had Cava before just not at this location. Brown rice was extremely uncooked, so raw it was crunchy. Meats on the other side... extremely overcooked/burned. Sauces were the only good thing in there. Employees were so disorganized it was almost funny.. andi only had 1 person in front of me definitely not peak hour. There are better food options nearby.. Great salads at reasonable prices. Clean place. Staff hit and miss. Some attentive, others don't listen. Asked for an extra... topping a few times (extra feta; didn't want any of the protein options), said I'd be okay paying more, and wound up with lessthan a regular serve.
