It should be called Captains Please. Cause you only get it when they want to have it It says 8:00 now trust me they were closed... at 7:45. They close whenever they get ready. Theres never notification of the closing just ridiculous. Dont depend on eatingthere unless it's 12:00pm to 5pm. Used to be the best restaurant in town not anymore. Get it together. I was dissatisfied with the customer service at this establishment. I drove up to the speaker in the drive thru and immediately... I felt rushed. There were 2 different people taking my order and neither one exuded a professional attitude. I pulled up to thewindow and address the issue. I asked for the manager and was simply told " he's in the back". There is definitely some trainingthat needs to take place with management and staff. I requested well done on my seafood feast which was $35 and my fish wasunder done. Took it home and had to air fry it lol. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!! Read more
I stopped here late one night after work. There were 3 cars in front of me and the line moved pretty fast! The fish was... excellent because it had a lot crunchy pieces.. like I like it. Staff was friendly and told me to have a good night. Overall, itwas a great fast food experience. I was pleasantly surprised considering that everyone seems to be short-staffed and shorttempered lately. I will definitely go back. Read more
I did not have a good experience to say the least. I ordered 5. 3 piece fish from the menu at 299 each. Now mind you nothing... reads catfish nuggets. They give me 2 small boxes with all 5 orders stuff between them. I ordered 1. Captains plate withchicken,fish and shrimp for 8.99 and 1 order of clams and shrimp. I received trash the reason give for my 5 orders of fish beingput into to boxes the little girl said (we have to save our boxes) Read more

Ordered through the drive thru. Portions were small compared to the price. I gave 5 stars for atmosphere but I really don't know... as I did not go in the restaurant. The lady at the window was pleasant so if everyone there is like her then they deserve 5stars for atmosphere. Read more
