Nice buger restaurant in the gulch. Easy to find and we got seated right away. Johnny was our server and not only was he speedy,... personable, engaging but make great recommendations while knowing the menu to a T. We ordered the hot tots. Very tasty tot witha buffalo chicken twist. You can order whatever protein and bun. Which I love a good turkey/veggie patty. I gave it 4 starsbecause my turkey patty was lacking enough flavor. Burgers here are good. They aren?t particularly significant but they aren?t bad either. The wait staff was friendly but not very... attentive, and confused. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food on a Wednesday night when the restaurant wasn?t very busy.When our food finally was ready the server tried to give it to the table next to us. My cup sat completely empty for over 20minwhile staff walked by frequently. We also tried to order a milkshake which was on the menu they provided, and the waitress hadnever heard of it and asked us what was supposed to go in it. Read more
1. Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Nashville and pet friendly. I met Ali a friendly and sweet dog, unfortunately I... was a bit sad to know he is blind and lost both eyes because of the disease. Burger Republic is a great place and staff aresuper friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. Lisa is so nice and she is soaccommodating and checked us often. This is the kind of service I wish other restaurants staff would do. I am definitely goingback. I went here with my mom and I assure you that this is definitely a good spot to grab food. Place was clean and our server was... nice. The service in itself was fast and speedy. (we ordered, got our food, ate and paid all in under 45 minutes). but don?t getme started on how good the food was. I ordered their Jumbo wings and by far, the best wings i ever ate at a restaurant. The Republic burger is one the best burgers i?ve had in a restaurant in a long time! The burger was very juicy and tender, not... greasy at all! I get very nauseous when food is too greasy but this one is not all greasy! The fries were thick cut , crunchyand salty! Just how I like it. Great spot in the Gulch for a tasty burger! We sat outside and had a good experience. I had the bacon cheese burger, it didn?t... come with bacon which I did still get charged for but I couldn?t tell because of the mobile pay machines (bummer) but overall Iwould visit again.
