Good food fries could be seasoned better wait time was long. Should be called ?slow food? not fast food.
So slow. I stood in line, waiting for my food for 25 minutes. The order taker did my have a good command of English and had a... hard time understanding me. The cooks mosied around slowly as if no one was there and with never a smile. Then, to top it alloff, the order was wrong, but I wasn't about to go back. One cook had loose hair down to her knees. Aren't they supposed to wearhair up or in hairnets? From now on, if I want Burger King, it won't be from Opry Mills Mall. Read more
THE WORST! 5 people working on the Wed. before Xmas and only 2 of them were working. The other three were just standing... around. Waited 20 minutes and never saw food get handed out to anyone, when I finally got to the register, they told me thatparticular burger King was a franchise and doesnt accept the Burger King App. Pathetic! This burger King can't handle its customers with any amount of care. After waiting an unusually large amount of time to even... order, I had to repeat myself several times to make sure my order was right. After this I was given my order without any of thesauce I ordered. I spoke to the manager to get my sauces, but she refused to give me the ones I ordered because the cashierforgot to type them in. I offered to pay and she told me I had to get back in the line. While I understand the need for order,when an employee messes up an order, it is the responsibility of the business to make it right. 8 people were behind the counter but only 2 of them we working. One of the young ladies that was at the cash register gave me... attitude when I simply asked for ketchup and honey mustard after I got my food. On top of that while I was waiting for one ofthe people working to come back to the counter with someone else?s order, a customer put their small child on the counter andthe child started walking on the service counter. I really got treated rudely at the villa Italian kitchen next door to Burger King. Burger King saves our tour at the end of the... day. MELISSA AND ADRIANA WERE VERY POLITE, pleasant voices. They apologized for the misconduct that I received from their rudeneighbors (villa Italian kitchen), they didn?t have to do that, but thank you for your hospitality MELISSA AND ADRIANA FORBURGER KING. I have posted a photo of applesauce that was a part of my son's kids meal. The applesauce is beyond moldy and is utterly... disgusting and unacceptable! The employee who gave us the meal didn't even look at the applesauce before putting it in the bag!The manager asked if I wanted my $4 back and I told her to not worry about it. It's usually pretty good. I guess they don't like mobile orders. I got only one very small tomato slice ony whopper. I know... there is supposed to be two slices. I know they are busy because it is a mall location. Still, it was disappointing. Read more
