728 Gallatin Rd, horrible experience. I ordered a breakfast combo with the coffee. The only thing that was warm was the hash... rounds. They didn't have creamer for my coffee and the coffee was cold. Tried calling them but the call goes str8 to a faxmachine. When I asked for a stirrer for the coffee(because I sip it thru the stirrer instead of putting my lips on the lid) shegives me a spoon ????. Says truck driver friendly on sign, but lobby doors locked. So it isn't truck driver friendly. The drive thru is never busy so... the person taking the order can get the drive thru and lobby orders. Read more
This Burger King Location only hires no- experience cooks, 8th graders run the drive thru and 10th graders run the inside... counter. The restaurant is as dirty as the kids mouths behind the counter. And don't go in the bathroom! You'll catch somethingin that bathroom that has no cure! My food sat in the warmer for 10 minutes before the Karen in me came out! I've been goinghere for years! I'll go to a location 15 MINUTES away to get great service and food that doesn't sit in the warmer until it getscold. But hey, at least their ice cream machine works. The one in East Nashville never works. They must have purchased the onefrom McDonald's that hasn't worked in 15 years! This place is a no go! Don't waste your money or time! Read more
2 stars because it was edible. And the employees were nice. But good god when you think about shrinkflation.. Burger King is... taking the win. Payed almost 12 dollars for 2 whopper jr.s with beef patties no bigger than a pack of ketchup. The pickle wasthe same size as the burger. At $2.99 for a single sandwhich. And $8 dollars for a meal.
