Went to this store at 720am web site says open but employees say they are closed, asked to talk to a manager was told there was... not one on site,. Tried to call store and goes to a fax number instead of to their phone. Very disappointed with store, will besetting camera video with time and date of entire stop to their corporate. Read more
They were very shorthanded however the gentleman that was working the dining room was hustling big time getting our food out.... They were very busy. It was the lunch rush on a Friday..Shout out to him. I can't remember his name but I know he said he'd beenwith BK for 10 years.. he had a great attitude despite being very short on help . They were playing some gangster rap that Ifelt was not appropriate. I listen to it just not in a restaurant.. LoL. Food was fresh. Order was correct. I'll definitely goback . Bad part of town. Inside is closed frequently with no notice. They play rap music very loud in the kitchen while working so... be prepared for that. Food is good. Drive thru is slow. Unless you are starving, try Jack in the Box down the street orbetter yet.... go to another exit or neighborhood. This is Antioch and not a safe place. Read more
Second time in two weeks I've gotten here at 6:30 and been told that they're not open yet when the sign says 6am. The first time... a gentleman was standing at the back door smoking a cigarette and told me that it would be about 30 more minutes before theyopened. Now this time I pulled up to the drive thru and no one came over the speaker so I drove around and checked on Google forthe hours which said that they were open at 6am it's now 6:28 and I pulled to the speaker and a female come on the intercom andsaid that they aren't open yet so I asked how much longer it would be and she said about five more minutes so I put my car inpark and was waiting patiently and she came back on the intercom and asked me to back my car up.... And let's not forget thetime about two and a half weeks ago that I came and I placed my order and my total was 5.47 so I pulled up to get my food andhanded the woman a roll of dimes/five dollars and then 47 cents and she reaches her hand out and said oh no we don't take rolledchange....... Since when did rolled change become not currency.... I remember when it was a shame to bring your change somewhereand if it wasn't rolled then they didn't want to take it.... I had burger here twice, I had the Original chicken sandwich and added cheese to it. The first time, my sandwich was completely... soaked with mayonnaise, like they just said extra mayo for no reason ???? .. then the second time it was medium mayo. Burger King isn't much different no matter which one you go to, It's smokey and they will probably mess something up. The... difference at this location is, most definitely, THE EMPLOYEES. In a world of zombies more interested in the distraction comingfrom a box in their hand... These hard working individuals are genuinely friendly and pay attention the teir customersneeds. As good as they all are, there is still a standout. The woman who works the drive through window during lunch rush isamazing. She is calm, cool and collected in what can only be described as organized chaos. I feel horrible for not knowing hername, but if you have been here you know exactly who I am talking about. Kudos to the Charlotte Pike Burger King in Nashville.I would rather eat average food served by nice people than great food served by someone who thinks I am an inconvenience!!!! Read more
