You wait 20 minutes at the 1st window with no one in front of you. Finally get told to go to next window. Food served was colder... than even room temp and chicken fries had completely shriveled up. No excuse to serve someone old, cold food even being shorthanded. No one was in front of me and lobby was empty. I ordered a whooper meal and switched my drink for a slushy drink and they gave it to me in a kiddy cup they didn't listen to... how I wanted my sandwich !! I can't believe this happened during the day time around 1pm. I know not to go at night becausethat's when all the teenagers are working and they definitely don't listen or care. Read more
I just left this place and the woman in the window needs to be fired immediately! She was beyond rude and had an attitude the... entire time. Very unimpressed by this establishments lack of customer service. I don?t expect any special treatment but kindnessgoes a long way and this woman was just not kind. She also forgot half of my stuff. Ordered the vegetarian Impossible whopper as takeout. Was given the bacon and egg burger. When I checked I was half a mile away... from the shop. When taking orders, felt like the employee was scolding me. So just threw it out in the trash. That's why Iprefer to go inside for ordering, but no it was drive thru only in the morning. Read more

A woman taking my order acting to rude, we couldn?t hear what was she saying because the speaker is too old, she call us to the... window and was so rude and told us to go without taking my order. The Burger King on Wilma Rudolph should just close its doors for good. I'm done trying to get them to actually be a real BK.... More than once I waited & waited only for them to never even take my order. Then they just close.. oh and they close early. Others tell me not to feel bad because they didn't get what they ordered more than once. Please close up shop so a realrestaurant can go there! A crab shack would have a spot then. Read more
I just went through the drive-through and I had to wait for somebody to come to the speaker there wasn?t any cars in front of... me. I got down the road I went to eat my sandwiches and my bread was stuck to the paper on both my sandwiches and I?ve triedcalling the store about nine times and nobody answers the fax machine picks up, I want a full refund and I?m on my lunch breakso I can?t go back right now .
