Decent bagels ? Not so friendly staff. Which is terrible because it is a breakfast place and most people are grumpy until... they have their coffee BUT you're gonna put not friendly staff in there with people who need that caffeine and not rudeemployees..... but you kind of just deal with it and go about your life because that seems to be the way of the world now. This company doesn?t even have a working online ordering system. You can?t order an iced coffee at all and any sort of bagel... that comes with cheese on it via menu description cost an extra $.75 if you want cheese on it. if you want a New York stylebagel this place is it because the people here upcharge just the same! The rudest staff I have ever experienced. Rude when asking what I wanted and then the lady yelled at me for not telling the... cashier I ordered a ?special bagel? when I had no idea. Unbelievably rude, will absolutely never come back here and adviseothers not to as well. The cashier was also eating a bagel right behind the counter which was disgusting and unacceptable. Read more
The staff is disgustingly rude. Yelling at customers bc one specific lady doesn?t wanna walk around the counter and do her job.... She has an awful and nasty attitude. Owner has to be aware as all the bad reviews for this place are about her. If somethingisn?t done people will stop coming in specifically bc of this one worker. She?s also rude to her coworkers. Was not the best experience this morning. The employee who took our order was very short and board line rude as she haphazardly... threw our bagels in the toaster. I kinda felt as though I was an inconvenience to her. It seemed as though the entire storewas having a bad day. As for the bagels themselves, they were nothing special. Coming from NY, I wasn't expecting much from a Tennessee bagel store. But I was pleasantly surprised not only by the delicious... bagel sandwich (with tasty brisket and jalapeno cream cheese), but by the reasonable prices. Everyone was super friendly and myfood was ready in a flash. Wish I was gonna be around here longer, I would definitely come back again! Read more
Bagels good, limited offerings but I will take what I can get. I can now see why there weren?t a lot of things available or... cars in the parking lot at breakfast time though. I went to a Bruegger?s a few times a week for years in college and I hadgreat experiences. I was so excited to see one in Brentwood near my new work I could go to, and that one was great. AfterCovid and being away for a few years, I was excited to see a Bruegger?s nearby and wanted to go grab some at a location I wasclose to on Harding Rd. The service was BEYOND HORRIBLE. I never write reviews but I felt like I had to here. Corporate is NOTactually checking into this location. It is dirty, horribly outdated, and the staff barely said a word to me?I?ve never feltmore unwelcome at a restaurant. And nowhere to sit? I feel like they just left it that way so they didn?t have to do anymorework. They rang me up, I checked myself out and grabbed my own receipt bc she already walked off. I love Brueggers, but I willnever return if that?s how they allow a restaurant to be. Read more
