A gem in the West End. Nashville has quite a few choices for Indian fare and Bombay Palace is hands down my favorite. Solid menu... done well. Excellent service from the servers. Prices are about average. Super stoked they brought back their lunch buffet. Read more
Sincerely this is the best Indian food I have had in Nashville. we had the plate with everything tandoori and curry with chicken... it was absolutely amazing so many flavors I cannot even count them!All of this for only $14! Our party came in to try out this fine dining restaurant as visitors from out of town. While the atmosphere was enjoyable and... staff seemed very efficient, after seeing us they forgot about us. We did not get our menus for at least 30 minutes, people thatcame in right behind us had already gotten their naan by then. When we finally got our food, it was tasty but I will not lie, Ihad had better at my local Indian restaurant. Mango lassi was perfect and so was naan. I had enjoyed the meats in goat rogan,but the sauce was lacking spices and creaminess that’s promised with that type of dish. Read more
The lentil soup was so yummy! The curry was good, kababs were very dry.
This food was so damn yummy. The service was great and friendly. From the outside it doesn't look like anything special but it... was very clean & tidy inside. Would recommend to anyone. We will definitely be back. Read more
We walked into Bombay Palace with great expectations but were somehow underwhelmed by the experience. We went towards the... closing time and seemed like everyone in the staff was rushing . They wanted to get our order asap , get our checks asap and theservice wasn’t great either . The food was decent but lacked spice even though we went for a number 8 on the spice level . Weordered the lamb madras which was good and chicken dhaba masala which was average along with some garlic naan and tandoori rotiswhich seemed fresh. The complimentary papad with the 4 sauces accompanying it was the highlight. Overall a decent place but theyneed to work on their customer service. Read more
Meh. First indian buffet i have been to where the nan is precooked. So it was all soggy and not good at all. The biryani was... also soggy with the rice clumped up. If i had bought a la carte and the biryani came out like that this would be a 1 starreview. Chicken was the only meat. I would gladly pay a few more bucks to have goat meat. 13.99 for the buffet and 3.99 forthe mango lassi. Read more
