I'd give zero stars if I could. There was a young lady wearing a leopard headband who stood on her phone for 3 minutes before... acknowledging us. We were a group of 10 and all work in the restaurant industry. She finally acknowledged us, took our order at12:02pm and at 12:30 we started to get a little concerned because we didn't order anything crazy. The manager just came in forher shift and we asked for refunds because the attitudes coming from the cashier is not one we wanted to be around anymore.Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First and last time going to Bojangles. They closed the lobby as we were heading to the door over 30 minutes before their lobby... was supposed to close. They only had BBQ or Buffalo sauce. Despite us ordering mashed potatoes we didn?t receive utensils. Read more
