Everything is made to order and fresh, the burger I had was mouthwatering good, and the ice cream was definitely good, but they... lack a wide variety which I was expecting from a place called the Dairy Dip. I had a cup of vanilla soft serve with rainbow sprinkles. Great soft serve, reasonable price. My original order was a chocolate... dipped cone with topping, but I was told it would have to be a cup, so I forwent the chocolate dip. I saw someone walking aroundwith exactly what I asked for so I know they do it. Slightly bummed. Gem of a place . The ice creams and shakes are the best thing you will find in town . We had the hot fudge soft serve along with... the peanut butter shake . Both were fresh and delicious. Right next to hattie bs. So have your hot chicken and rush to thisplace to cool or sugar down your mouth . Highly recommend. Read more

Very underwhelming for the price and service. If you are looking for a meal look elsewhere. We had ordered fries and tenders.... The large $5 sweet potato fries while good was not filled to the top. For $5 I expect to get the full order. The regular frieswe got, was also half full. Literally 14 fries in the small. The tenders while good they definitely were not worth the price.The ice cream was good but again we ordered a vanilla cone with sprinkles and it barely had any sprinkles. If you are going tocharge me $.75 for sprinkles the least you can do is make sure it is covered fully in sprinkles. Also the cone was stale. Read more
This iconic Nashville establishment is a throw back to an old school ice cream stand. My daughter swears it?s the best ice cream... cone she has ever had.
