The breakfast was cooked hot, fresh, and made to order. The breakfast was so delicious until, I ate there two days in a row.... Well cooked not burnt or dried sausage or bacon, fried hard not over medium eggs, hard on the outside-soft on the insidewaffles, buttery pancakes. Great service and fast seating at clean tables and floors despite quick turnaround time with afriendly-smiling atmosphere. Read more

My food was great. I was one of 5 other people dining in. I also ordered food to go, since I am here for work. Dining in I... ordered Alaskan Cod, strawberry lemonade, loaded hashbrowns, macaroni and cheese and rolls. For my to go order I ordered abreakfast bowl, chicken noodle soup, and a burger. Read more

Our waiter was awesome. Cooks in the back paid attention and plated my sides separately. As requested. Hostess was not very... personable. I had not been to a Bib Evans since I was little. So I was a bit happy to find one. Although the young lady washelpful, I asked her if the food was good there, and her response was not very wise to keep customers coming back. Thankfully myfood was really good. And management could address that. You don?t want to ask what?s recommended and be told that nothing isrecommended. Or hear a response like, I would not eat the food here. I considered leaving. But opted to ask another employee andnot go hungry any longer. It was quiet in there and other patrons seemed to enjoy the same atmosphere. The shopping area waspleasant and I found good prices on good stuff, many things in there are certainly worth the buy for tourists, and locals. Iwill certainly visit again, and hopefully next time will be greeted in a more welcoming manner. Read more

Went here for breakfast on a Sunday and everything about this place brightened up our mood. The food, french toast with... scrambled egg, bacon & hash browns, was really good, the restaurant is spacious and our server Maximilian was very helpful &attentive. Would definitely revisit to try the rest of the menu Read more

Went in at 5pm. We were the only ones dining in. We thought that was pretty strange, but we were so excited to eat here. My... daughter ordered the kids meal chicken noodles and I ordered the deep dish chicken n noodles. My favorite meal from here. Theplate of food I recieved was disgusting. It had been sitting out and was never stirred so the noodles and chicken were hard anddry! I asked my waiter for it to be remade. He had no issue doing so. Then we heard him talking to someone in the kitchen. Themanager then comes out and starts questioning me and arguing with me about the nasty food he served me. He wouldn't let it go,but I demanded my food be remade. They "remake" my food and bring me out a half eaten biscuit in my food. Maybe it was part ofthe biscuit that was on my original plate, I wouldn't know. When I questioned them about it they would only say it was newlymade. As if. I have never been treated so disrespectful by a manager before. I absolutely will not eat here, again. The place isalso gross inside as well. All the other staff was very friendly though. There's hundreds of places to eat in Nashville, choosebetter than this place! Peg leg porker or Pucketts is amazing. Mistakes were made today. Read more

So, we checked out of the KOA down the street, needed to grab some brunch before hitting the road. Walked into Bob Evans. 30-35... min. wait for 2...at 1045am. Waited, then got our table. Immediately, our hostess tells us that Mr. Willie will be with us in afew moments, but, meanwhile, she was going to get our drinks for us. Got our drinks. Poor Mr. Willie was the ONLY server. He wasphenomenal, but, was taking care of the entire restaurant. They had a busser lady that cleaned off tables, but, he was it. Hetook our order. It was quite a while before we got our food. The busser lady apologized to us for the wait. They had one server, one cook, and just a couple of other people. Unfortunately, my boyfriend's sugar began to drop while waiting on food. Theemployees that were there, were some of the sweetest people you could ever ask for. They definitely don't get paid enough to doall that they were doing, holding the restaurant together with such a skeleton crew. The lady bussing tables grabbed a bananafrom the back to help keep his blood sugar up until our food arrived. Several tables asked us how long we had been therewaiting for food, so, the patrons were not happy. Not blaming the people that came in, but, apparently, they had a manager &server call out. Food arrived, & we ate quickly. By the time, we left, it was 1245pm. My boyfriend & I both used to workrestaurants (years ago), so, I don't want to bash these people. But, I feel like it could have been run differently this morning(or any morning, really, when you're short staffed). Please don't quote 30-35 min. Please, instead, overestimate over an hour.Because just because you can sit people in a seat doesn't mean they will have food in front of them for over an hour-90 min. This just creates hostile, HANGRY people. There were 2 tables that asked us how long we had been waiting on food, because theywanted to leave, even though their order was already taken. The entire World is short staffed. I get it. Hadn't been in a Bob Evans in 11 years. It's a 5 minute a walk from the Hyatt Place we were staying at. Service was good, food... was good. Use the restroom at your hotel before going, they were NOT good. Read more
