Horrible. The food is very old, stale, and disgusting and the staff is not helpful at all. This is going to sound like a ?Karen?... rant but I assure you, it is for your own good to consider this review in your decision to eat here. If you attempt to modifyany order, they will essentially deny it or make you feel stupid for trying to build your own burrito which is essentially theidea of the store. The person checking me out completed my transaction, never gave me my food, then walked away and got herselfa soft drink and sat on her phone. I understand there?s difficulty hiring right now and the service industry stinks, butregardless this place is just pitiful. We were told before we went that this place is bad but we?ve always loved blue coast inthe past (Mt. Juliet location) so we were willing to try. We will never go again and please read this review and save your moneyand go elsewhere. Also the queso tastes like melted American cheese which is no bueno. I wish BCB corporate would see this andjust close shop. Hoping things improve? Read more

I heard good things about Blue Coast Burrito and was excited because they have so many gluten free options. Unfortunately my... excitement was short lived after they forgot my order. After speaking to someone they apologized and then forgot my order thesecond time! Finally I got my order and went back home. I ordered 3 tacos with steak, cheese, and salsa but you can?t reallytell from the pic? The tortillas were also super soggy and feel apart as soon as I picked them up. Sad day :( Read more

The customer service for our visit last week was outstanding! My daughter went in by herself for the first time and she was... nervous about it, but came out happy and said she wants to work there when she's old enough. Plus, our burritos were delish! Read more

First time eating at a Blue Coast Burrito. Not impressed. Out of ingredients and quality of ingredients did not live up to the... price. Next time I'll go to a local Taqueria or even Taco Bell. I ordered multiple items so I could give it a proper review. Itwasn't bad; it just wasn't worth the price. Read more

I am a huge fan of Blue Coast even after working at one in college. This particular store has always had its issues, and I keep... going back every few months to give it a chance and satisfy my craving for fruit tea. One occasion I visited while a manager wasthreatening to quit and walk out while a new young employee was struggling to complete my order for around 20 minutes. Thistime, I stood at the front of the line for a minute or two while no fewer than 4 employees looked at me without acknowledgmentexcept to announce they they were out of chips. In addition, I do understand that after a dinner rush things can get a littlemessy through the line, but it seems to look that way every time I go in. This visit promised more of the same. The sad, drybits of food could be found everywhere you looked on the food line, while the fruit tea machine overflowed onto the counter ofthe drink station. Finally, the policy we always used to follow was that serving utensils from one item should not come incontact with other food items so that gluten-free and vegetarian products are not cross-contaminated. I cringed as I watched theemployee mix around my rice, beans, and chicken with the same spoon and dig her hands (with gloves) into the bottom of the ricepan to retrieve the dried out grains that remained. I truly would love for this place to be successful and I hope that someonefrom management sees this and works to improve the policies at this location. Read more
