Truly secret, hard to find and no signage. Thats only one of many things that make this place special. If you want a passionate... chef, dedicated to mastering each days limited but innovative menu, thi is it. Furthermore, the food is prepared, cooked andpresented as if it was done all just for you...and it was. This place is so worth finding. The food was so exceptionallybetter than anywhere else I've been, i had to compliment the Chef and ask how the food was done so well. The chef/owner cameout and spent time explaining his vision, mission and core values. I wasn't expecting such an engaging conversation. He alsoeducated me on his use of only quality ingredients and pride in making everything homemade, cooked to perfection and balancedwith a variety of savory umami. May look like any decent ramen dish but its at a whole other level than others. He also madesure to explain how he takes care of his staff, and why. This is the place you've always dreamed about. Rich broth, tender pork shoulder, tangy pickled greens and more made an amazing bowl of ramen. I got the hellfire version which... came with the addition of crispy chili oil. My partner got the garlic version which came with a generous heaping of mincedgarlic. We shared garlic and crispy chili oil, so ended up with similar bowls and the addition of both brought everything to thenext level. We finished our meal with the miso caramel banana pudding and it was the perfect sweet and umami ending to a greatmeal. Read more

This is inside a small brewery called bearded iris brewing company. And you can order ramen while gulping your favorite local... beer and enjoying your favorite sports team. They have patio seating which is great but have loud music playing outside if youare at one of the closer tables. There are limited options to eat . We literally had just two ramens to choose from . The otherones were out of stock . There were a couple appetizers which looked good but the prices were a bummer. The miso ramen soup waslovely , the vegan ramen was decent . The taco icecream we ordered at the end was nice as well but pricey The ramen is goodbut not worth the price. They have an inbuilt 20% gratuity added to the bill . The service was average nothing great to demand a20% gratuity. The vacant table wasn?t cleaned when we arrived . Had to ask for it to be cleaned Not sure if I will be visitingthis place again . I have been to better ramen places in Nashville with better food and cheaper prices. Read more

Absolutely incredible. Wish I knew about this little place earlier. Located inside Bearded Iris, this place serves delicious... homemade ramen that will leave you satisfied and wanting to come back again and again. It also has the added bonus of being ableto drink a Bearded Iris beer with your meal. Kids can eat here as well! Read more

Have been here a few time and came in on Sunday for the Biang Biang noodle special. Have enjoyed everything I?ve had. The noodle... special had a very long wait which was frustrating considering the price/ lack of warning, but I got over it after I ate sinceit was so good. So, this place is great. I live a block away from Bearded Iris? other location but I have still drive out totheir Sylvan Springs location because of them. Glad to see creative, fun, and interesting food stuff happening around town. Read more

Seat yourself type of restaurant located within the Bearded Iris brewery. You order everything via the QR code which is table... specific. Staff is nice and friendly. Food comes out super quick. We came at opening time and the restaurant soon started tofill up fast. The ramen broth is very savory and tasty and the ramen noodles have a good consistency and chew to them. Theirmenu is small. I will say that for the add-on items, save your money. For $1 I got two additional fish cakes and $4.5 one sliceextra of pork. Also, do note that a 20% gratuity is automatically added to your bill. The bill is paid via the online menu tabjust fyi. Cool place to kick back with your friends to get some good ramen or share some brews. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised to see another good ramen spot here in Nashville. I?ll list all the good things - staff are friendly,... ramen is really solid, and service is fast. I got the Hellfire ramen which is a ramen with pork, egg, pickled collards, andnoodles all in a spicy broth. The broth was very flavorful and the noodles had a really good bouncy consistency. I do think thatit wasn?t spicy enough to carry such a heavy name as ?Hellfire.? I think there are a few things that the restaurant can improveon which would make it a 5 easily in my book. First, they need to get heaters for the outside. One gentleman (maybe the owner)explained that they are working on getting heaters. This is greatly needed as it is really cold in the winter and the inside ofthe restaurant is completely congested with people. Second, they need to make it more clear when online ordering that a tip isalready included in the charge. They automatically add a 20% tip but in the app it hides it under some type of ?Service Fee? andthen STILL gives you an option to tip. Most people wouldn?t realize that the tip has automatically been added, so this is quitemisleading and probably leads to people tipping twice on the food. Last, it would be nice if they could upgrade their outdoorseating (specifically the movable chairs). The chairs do not lay flat, so while it may seem minor, constantly rocking back andforth does detract from the full dining experience. In the end, I still have to agree that this is easily in the top 3 ramensin Nashville. Read more

I can easily give this a 5 star rating and believe it is by far Nashville's best ramen spot. Ordered the hellfire ramen, crispy... onigiri, and the banana pudding. The crispy onigiri was a perfect combination of crispy on the outside with a really soft, flavorful interior. The hellfire ramen ramen was incredibly flavorful...The combination of really nice (and spicy) broth, incredibly tender pork, tangy fermented collared greens, and nice noodles made for a really delicious ramen experience that Ihaven't gotten elsewhere in Nashville. Finally, the banana pudding was a nice way to end the meal...and by this point I wasstuffed. I already know I want to go back asap. Read more
