Ice cream was great and the two girls working were sweet as well.
So I just went in for Icecream room 9:30pm they close at 10pm my lady got a wild and reckless icream bowl and was entirely... excited by it to only find a long piece of hair in it also they didn't have milk so I had to proceed to another icecreamshop.they need to wear Hairnets!!! Read more
I LITERALLY JUST LEFT THIS PLACE NOT EVEN 20MINS AGO. NOT ONE PERSON WAS WEARING A HAIR NET! I CONTINUE TO STILL PURCHASE MY ICE... CREAM LIKE NORMAL... NOT EVEN 10 BITES INTO THE ICE CREAM THERE WAS HAIR IN MY ICE CREAM CONE! I DONT CARE WHERE YOU WORK, IFYOU WORK IN AN ENVIRONMENT WITH FOOD YOUR HAIR NEEDS TO BE PULLED BACK OR COVERED UP! I JUST WASTED MONEY ON A CONE I DIDN'TFINISH DUE TO THE FACT THEIR EMPLOYEES COME TO WORK WITH THEIR HAIR DOWN OR IN THEIR FACE. ALSO FAILED TO MENTION THAT NOT ONEEMPLOYEE WAS WEARING GLOVES. The two employees that assisted me this Fri. Aug. 26th night were Awesome! I came in after 9 pm (running errands for others) &... they were friendly, professional, & efficient while I waited for someone to text back more information about what they wanted.Meanwhile, they took care of other late night patrons in the same manner, which I think is very commendable esp. considering itwas near the end of what was surely a busy day (a very hot/humid Friday in Nashville!).
