THEY DO. NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!! I've been trying to call for 4 hours to see if they have a birthday cake for my grandson and... it just rings and rings. I called the Baskins Robbins store on Hillwood and the girl there said they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE.Such rudeness and lack of consideration. I wish there was a ZERO stars option. I stopped in the Sunday afternoon before Memorial Day. I ordered a mocha blast. I... immediately noticed that the drink was white. It?s supposed to be a chocolate color. I tasted it and it tasted like nothing. I explained to the boy that it did not taste right. He insisted I was wrong and that he made it correctly. Then he said, youwant me to throw some chocolate syrup in it? I left and ultimately threw it away. Six dollars including a tip and it wasawful. I don?t recommend anyone go to this BR. Read more
This review goes out to the ice cream boy behind the counter named Jake! He was super cheerful and kind and helped me and my... family with our selections. He made sure everyone felt welcome! I was astonished to learn though that he was only making minimumwage! He was very good at his job and definitely deserves a wage! I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back! Friendly staff, Ok quality ice cream, fewer options at this place than what you see online on their website. Feel ice cream... flavor are diluted and not true to it's nature. Place could be maintained more cleaner and add some quality flavor options. Read more
Was handed my ice cream cone by a boy that had no gloves on and dirty hands. Definitely won?t be coming here anymore.
