I first pulled up to the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes and nobody came/answered so I decided to go inside to order. I could... tell the cashier really didn't want to be there she was sitting at a booth on her phone and kind of rolled her eyes when sheseen me walk in. I ordered my food she didn't ask me if it was to go or dine in so she gave me a to-go box and I sat down at thetable to eat my food. She then sat back down at the booth and was playing videos on her phone at full volume. Afterwards when Iwas finished eating I went to throw my trash away, not a single trash can anywhere so I left it on the table. Read more

The beef brisket and bbq was good, except they sent no sauce for it. Problems: the mashed potatoes were grainy and tasted like... it had bad oil in it, one bite (which I spit out) and it was over... No butter, no milk, balmost translucent. The one piece of"bbq bread was tough and also had a strange taste. The macaroni and cheese was over cooked and nothing big special. The bananapudding was actually good. Nothing was good enough to go back. I only gave 2 stars because the meat was edible. Read more

Had various types of meat. Pulled pork, beef brisket, sausage, spare ribs and chicken all smoked. A little hole in the wall,... the best kind of place, with excellent food. Also had fried corn bread with a great choice of sides. If we lived here woulddefinitely go back. PS Service was outstanding Read more

First time trying this barbecue and they are the worst barbecue in town. Chicken and ribs were dry and hard as a rock, and no... flavor. Smoked chicken salad lettuce was old so I did not eat it. We paid $42 dollars for two people and the food was terrible. Will never come back. The one star I gave was just to be able to share our experience. Read more

My family and I were driving pass this place and decided to give it a try (we are new to Nashville) .. I got the bbq pulled... chicken and fries, even thought the presentation of the sandwich was messy and I had my doubts, one bite in and it was verygood. Their fries are really fluffy and soft, wings are on point too. I?ll update with a pic on my second visit. Read more

Besides the food tasting sour! it wasn't even prepared properly. Country fried chicken with a soon full of what looks like a... futile attempt at making country gravy. And the service was horrible. I ordered my food through the drive-through because my2-year-old granddaughter was sleeping in her carseat, and I didn't want to disturb her. I ordered my food at 10:06 and waiteduntil 10:21 until I honked my horn because I thought they had forgotten about me. The big woman came to the window two minuteslater, yelling at me that what I ordered takes 10 minutes to cook. When I told her I had waited for at least 20 minutes since Ipaid not ordered, she argued with me about it. Then laughed whenever I told her I would be complaining like she owns theplace.... Then I informed her I would be complaining about it on Google Reviews where it actually matters. her smile was turnedinto a frown ????. The bottom line is that I wouldn't stop at this location. Not the first time this same person was rude to me. Read more

Turkey&Dressing special sent me to the Emergency Room. Manager wore no mask, during pandemic. Trust the Rating people.. Food is... never hot, except the BBQ bread. Sunday's dressing sent me to the Emergency Room! I returned a phone call after purchasing thisSalty mess of a dressing and over cooked mac. The so-called Mgr. Hanna or Anna(Heavy white Lady) told me to bring it backtomorrow with receipt, however what She Did NOT say is that it is our policy to not accept or do anything about it if it is notreturned next day. So when I got to the store to return the uneaten food with receipt they 1st looked at me ????crazy withouteven reading the receipt. The young man who was visibly seen thru the window talking with Mgr and touching the table and wall, rush to register without a hand-wash, during this pandemic but at least he did have on a mask and his manager did not. As youcan see from the pictures the sign is NOT visible, b/c clearly they don't want us to know their so called "Policy". Why would Ihave to step behind your register to read a sign? Where they do that at? She laughed b/c she knows that it wasn't posted, nevermind the fact that I place orders thru the drive thru, but glad I walked in. Policy needs to be clear cut to your customersand stop serving sickening food, by taste testing... needless to say by my silence in walking out. They will wish they had doneright by this customer and at least given a gift card or offered some of there other luke-warm food. Such an un-Americanpolicy, now question is should I consult and sue for the food poisoning... cuz if she were wise she would have simply asked forproof I went to the hospital and I would have GLADLY shown her. Unreasonable and I failed to see the joke. PUT YOUR POLICY ONYOUR RECEIPT THIS PLACE DESERVES ALL OF WHAT IS TO COME. Read more
