Worse service. Every employee is super rude and there is never a manager on duty to speak with. Employees wear air pods and... don?t acknowledge customers standing waiting. I came by for a quick snack while shopping and the employee had the lights off, was rude (but felt the need to put out the tip... jar in between orders?), and after I watched him make fresh pretzels he then turned around and then gave me pretzel bites thatlooked like they had sat out all night. Went here to get some pretzels . Has got to be the worst auntie Anne?s pretzels I?ve ever been to. I told the gentleman that the... pretzels tasted metallic and he laughed in my face. I shrugged it off and they gave me a replacement. But then those also tastedterrible . Just a ton of brown sugar over them to hide the nasty taste in your mouth. Not coming back here . $17 down the drain. I would not recommend this place . Read more
