Worst Auntie Anne's ever. Just about every time I'm here they're closed, out of items etc. Came here a few weeks ago on a... weekend and they weren't open. Got here today (it's a Sat) and I asked "how long is the wait for a certain item" and they said"we're not making anymore" when I asked "why" they said "we're closing" I'm like aren't you supposed to close at 7pm? I wasignored. Staff is rude and incompetent even when you finally get the things you want it doesn't taste right or it tastes off.Horrible! Might as well just shut down! Read more
Coming from an employee in Greenhills Mall; this pretzel stand location is horrible. Every worker that I've interacted with is... not kind or friendly. This stand specifically opens and closes when they please so there is no set open or close time-frame.Every one of my coworkers have had an incident at this location and we all refuse to purchase from there. I'd rather starve thanget a quick snack from this joke of a pretzel stand. Read more
The quality of the pretzels and the customer service at this particular location was absolutely terrible. I would have given it... a 0 if I could. The woman at the cash register was rude and the pretzels were cold and rubbery. I didn't realize that they hada no exchange policy, but if you are selling cold, wet pretzels then that needs to be addressed. I did not raise my voice orcome at her in a mean way. Worst aunty Ann?s I ever been. Very disappointed. The pretzel was overcooked, dried, barely no cinnamon on it, just a butter... only. It was tasted as though cooked few days ago, could have break brick with the pretzel, that?s how hard it was. After fewbites, we had no choice but to trash it away. Read more
I got a blue raspberry lemonade, (which wasn't mixed together. They left the syrup to sit at the bottom.) Really tasted like... applesauce, no lemony flavor at all. I also got a pretzel. (Had no salt or anything.) I've been to two auntie Anne's and I'venever had a good experience. Read more
Aniya and the team that was working tonight were very friendly. They were getting ready to close and they were out of the... regular pretzel bites and they offered to make some fresh with dough that was prepped. We waited about 5 to 7 minutes and itwas worth the wait! Thank you! Read more
The bottom of this pretzel dog tastes like chemicals. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there but they also wouldn?t... give me a cup of water rather than paying for a bottled water so generally do not recommend this particular Auntie Anne?s. Thestaff was decently nice though! Read more
