The staff at this location have consistently been rude and highly unprofessional. Today after arguing with someone taking my... order I had enough and cancelled my drive thru order. They talk down to everyone, never a polite thing to say, constantly ontheir phones, and act as if your an inconvenience for ordering food. I will never go to this location again. Read more
August 2022 very few restaurants are still closing their lobbies due to the excuse of covid Arby's is too cheap to hire... personnel to be able to open the lobby it's too busy to just rely on drive-thru 8 out of 10 people turn around and go somewhereelse just like I do. The only reason ( at this time) I dislike this Arby's is because of kinda the misunderstanding There were cars parked like there... were people inside dining, but I went to the door to open it was like NOPE !!!.Drive thru Only! So guys I haven't visited Arby's in a while but I seen the commercial on TV and it made me want a Greek Gyro...However I get in... the drive thru and the woman that came on the intercom came off as rude as could be. WELCOME TO ARBYS PLACE YOUR ORDER WHEN YOURREADY... Me: one moment ma'am thank you.. Me: HELLO MAAM ... WORKER ON THE INTERCOM: I said place your order when your ready...Not sure was she having a bad day but once someone has a bad attitude when dealing with my food I no longer am interested. Very good location with easily accessible. I like all the side items like mozzarella sticks, Jalapeño bites, curly fries. I... wish this location is open for in store also but that?s okay. It will be very rush during lunch hours sometimes but it?s a goodlocation for quickly garb and go. Read more
Horrible! Rude service. The food was terrible. I prefer Arbys and Chic-Fil-A over other fast food because the product is of... higher quality well, not here! The roast beef was actually tough, I?ve never had tough roast beef from Arbys , it was cutthicker. The shake which is usually served in a cup with a dome plastic top with whip cream was served in a regular soda cupwith a flat lid that pressed the whip cream down and all over the lid. At least once a month we order Arby's from Rosa parks Blvd. And it's been fine.. Lastnight 4/27/22 the Beef & cheddars were... almost non existent on stale buns, and the chicken slider was petrified! Not to mention the shake was like warm milk when itarrived. Pics attached...Disappointed! Their link doesn't open! So how can they make things right with the customer? Read more
Fries were cold and over cooked. Changing was not an option? Spent 12 for a combo where the drink and the napkins were the hight... light. Luke warm sandwich. Went thru @ 3 pm.....so guess my timing was off. Service was pleasant. But when you pay that much ithurts when it's not good. Read more
