Came through the drive thru and nobody said nothing to me. No hi, no be with you in a min, just completely ignored me. There was... only 1 car in the drive ahead of me and no cars in the lots so it wasn't like they was busy. Hire people who take care of yourguest, not ignore them till your money drives away. The line was a little long, but it was bearable. The staff was friendly and courteous. From what I could see the restaurant was... clean. I wish all restaurants made their employees wear gloves. My order came out in a timely manner and everything I orderedwas in the bag. The food itself was nice, everything was hot and nothing was stale. Read more
Seems like just about EVERYWHERE I GO, you just can't find that (thing), we use to call, "Customer Service"! I ordered an Arby's... double roast beef, with... mayo, lettuce, tomato... simple right? Well, I get my sandwich, and need I remind you, I payed extrafor the tomato & lettuce, and the sandwich has these "half dollar sized" ends of a tomato! After taking my sandwich back to thecounter, and requested better cut tomatoes, I received the same end cuts again! ???? At this point, I said, "are you guysserious "???!!! The front line person asked the sandwich builder, for some better cut tomatoes. And her reply??? "I'm not goingto cut a new tomato"!!! Really??!!! ???? So, the manager over herd me, and cut a new tomato himself!! 5 minutes later, I finallyget to put the tomatoes "I payed for," on my now, "cold sandwich"! Folks, I don't know what the heck people are thinkinganymore!!! I mean, they make $14 to $15 dollars an hour... serving & preparing fast food now! I can remember, as a cook back in1987, I think I made $2.35 an hour, and we took pride in what we served!!! You know, treat folks the way YOU would like to betreated! Got a beef in cheddar and they didn?t put NO cheese on it like none just the red sauce
I haven't tried Arby's in many years and now I will not again. I tried the new hush puppy battered fish ???? ???? with crinkle... fries ????. The fries were ok, but they were unsalted. The fish has a really weird after taste. Something isn't right. The ladythat brought my food out was nice. She explained that they were out of tarter sauce, so she gave me extra ketchup. Don't bothertrying the fish. On top of that. I used the app. There was a $3.00 off of $10.00 coupon that I put in my cart. But I didn't getthe discount. My order was $10.79 before $1.00 tax, total was $11.79. I also put a ???? slider in my cart but I didn't get thateither. Hummmm ???????????????? NOPE I WONT BE BACK!!!! Read more
3 cars in front of me in the drive through? seriously could have had a nice sit down dinner in the amount of time it took to get... my food. I?m not joking, and this has happened twice. They were not busy at all and I went through drive thru. The roast beef with cheddar cheese sauce is what I ordered. What I got ... was a 3 day old dried up nasty meat on bread with a slice of nasty old cheese on it. Waste of my money. If your not going toserve fresh good food then you need to permanently close the store down. I will not ever eat at the Dickerson road locationagain. Read more
These were honestly the nicest fast food workers I've ever met. We must protect them at all costs. If you go here be nice!
