Poor mgmt... Didn't my coupon after they forget to take... To come to get refund since it was not honored... Had to place entire... order again and paid again... Asked for corporate # and mgmt claim not to know it Then was advertised I wouldn't receive myrefund for days Mgmt was very surly Contacted Corp 3xs and they still haven't returned my call... Arby's is a good chain restaurant. The three locations Goodlettsville, Elm Hill pk and Antioch always has good service, fresh... food and great staff. Read more

For this location thumbs down ????. I wanted to try the new Steakburger. I ordered got to the window, order was $6 and some... change. I thought to myself not bad for a combo. I asked for the combo and it was the price just for the sandwich ????.Initially, he said do I want the sandwich or meal. I said meal. I got to the window and he said next time you come be specific.I guess he didn't know how to change the order on the cash register. He must of gotten flustered or something. I told him toforget after calling him an explicit name ????????????. I went across the street to the jack n box. I'll try the new Burger ????in metro center where I work tomorrow. Read more
