8th & Roast is vibing. Very cool ambience in here with lots of old brick. I tried the Flash Chilled Nitro, which is described... as brewed coffee flash chilled and infused with nitro. This is different than a cold brew. Not as strong, but still some greatflavor. Nitro was super foamy (I wonder if it is N2 or N2O). Overall it was good. Not quite what I was expecting, but pleasantnonetheless. Front entrance is a little odd and very close to the street. However, it appears there is a back parking lot witha rear entrance.
