I am not going to lie; this place surprised me a little. I thought the food would not be flavorful like any other bar food. This... place had one of the best burgers I've tasted in Nashville called the "The Nashville Burger". It's on par with any other GREATburger in town (not that many). The dessert, nachos, and salsa were good too. They have parking in the back of the store, whichis excellent, and the environment is friendly. Read more
Popped in on a weekday after failing to do so many times previously. 12 South Taproom is situated right in the heart of the busy... neighborhood for which it's named. A welcoming and spacious outdoor area flows into a well laid out and decorative interior. Ifbeer is your game, you won't be disappointed. I was able to enjoy one of my personal favorites (Three Philosophers by BreweryOmmegang) along with Urban Chestnut's Zwickel and Jackalope's Rompo. For food I went with ribeye tacos and roasted potatowedges. Everything was fantastic, specifically the salsa verde when drizzled onto the corn tortillas. The service was right onthe money, meaning when I gave a look of wanting another drink (without actually motioning or saying a word) the servers werequick to respond, and they were kind enough to check in once in awhile to see if I needed anything. One definitely gets goodbang for your buck at this hip spot. I will definitely be back. Read more

It?s a beautiful spot for brunch, a good game-watching watering hold, but it?s best at elevating some classic pub provisions.... Our group ordered a burger, smothered chicken burrito, and a ribeye sandwich. The smoked chicken stood above the rest. You?dexpect this quality in a BBQ town. The Ribeye sandwich slapped as well, but burger buyers beware! It?s a spice blended pattythat is closer to a slice of meatloaf than a burger. We loved the salmon and Gouda Mac and cheese! Service was great and there was good air flow on the patio for COVID safety. Also... we appreciate the servers wearing masks and being really friendly and great at their jobs. We loved 12 South!!! Read more
Service was great. Outdoor patio was great! The restaurant was very clean and there were plenty of options for a vegetarian... and a healthy eater. I thought the food was okay for a bar. The ingredients were clearly not the highest in quality orfreshness but tasted good. The restaurant is affordable and has a great selection of drinks. I would go for happy hour or adrinks only hang again but would not choose this place specifically for a meal again. Read more
Fantastic beer selection. Good variety on the food menu. Spicy shrimp and pita is my favorite. They have oysters on the half... shell. Burgers that aren't so big they make you sick. Quesadillas and sandwiches. The patio is smoking but big enough and openas to not feel like you're trapped in a cloud. Service is always attentive and accommodating. Read more
