I totally understand being in training, and being busy, but tonight was a definite trainer fail. Trainee coughed into her hand... and then tried to roll the wrap (ended up with new wrap for free); had to ask multiple times for the bacon that comes in mywrap; was supposed to have rotisserie chicken and got grilled. Blessings to you all, I am leaving this review for Garrett I stopped in yesterday after going to show support to the family of a... friend who passed away and I must say the welcoming demenor of Garrett (subway employee) Austin (shell employee) and a younglady whose name I don't know should be commended the entire store was clean and inviting and their attitudes were not onlyprofessional but also uncommonly good those three are a blessing to Shell and the Nashville community. I ordered online. Paid for the order online. Drove all the way home and they COMPLETLEY messed up a sandwich. Wrong sauce,... veggies, no cheese and not toasted. Called the phone number on the receipt and it said it wasn't in service. Called the Shellstation and got the same message. Pretty hard to advocate a $15 minimum wage when orders can't be made as requested. Read more
Some of the workers are really straight forward and rude and I would be too so I don't blame them. But if you're gonna work... somewhere at least try and act like you wanna be there. Commercials hide the dark truth. Read more
