One star is more than this place deserves after the nightmare of an experience I had tonight. They were out of things I ordered... online which I understand happens. Then things really went bad when I had an order for one of those half gallon drinks theyhave. I ordered Pepsi and was told in a very rude way that you can only get tea in the half gallon bag. I know for a fact that'sa lie because I've gotten just about anything I want in that half gallon bag in many prior visits and even corporate said thatwasn't true. Then apparently I can get plastic forks but all of a sudden they can't give you paper plates anymore? What?! Thefood was nothing too special either and in a 12 piece family meal you're supposed to get 6 biscuits. I got 4 that were probablymade this morning honestly. Needless to say, as long as that evening crew still have jobs, I won't be back again. I'll stickwith lunch time hours or something. Read more
Today was the worst of many visits. We have seen the store closed hours before scheduled or found that they are out of food on... multiple occasions. Today we came in around 1, saw the mass chaos of people trying to get their food, but against betterjudgement stayed and ordered on the app. We took a seat and waited for the app to say our order was ready only to wait for over10 minutes to be able to reach the counter. The employee at the counter was complaining about her coming in on her day off,messed up multiple orders for others, and the only ones working with a purpose were on the management team. Once I got to thecounter she said oh you have an online order. I told her the app stated it was ready 18 minutes ago, she told me not only wasit not ready but no one had started on it. I asked for a refund and the manager told me I would have to call the 1-800 number. After being on hold for 14 minutes I was sent to a voicemail. Asked again about the good, still no one had started it. Thefemale manager started on our order then with no one else helping. From order to ready we were in the store over an hour. Read more

I went to this restaurant today the quality of the food was poor it was a girl sitting in the lobby she came up to take my order... after I had been standing there for about 5 minutes at the counter she asked me if anybody took my order and I told her no andthe crazy thing about it if she was on break and she had to get up and come take my order they got to do better Read more
Have you ever been to a restaurant that just feels dirty? thats what i feel here. The dining room needs a good moping and the... tables should be wiped off. the food was just ok. they were out of so many things. i reported no tea or ice in the serveyourself area. they did nothing about it. i dont think i will go back. It was ok! Not that great! Was in drive thru forever and no cars in line so I went inside and nobody in line either, don?t know... what the hold up was with drive thru? corn was old or overcooked? biscuits was not fresh? guess only thing was good was thebreast and the wing.:: Read more
Drive thru took extremely long and was backed up out to the street! costumer service at order did not give me my total price... thus not allowing me time to change my order and the price was only given to me when my card was swipped at the window as shesaid it was $60 dollars. Wait what? for two 8 piece meals? Dairy queen will give you that amount for under 10 dollars.... I'mnot sure why these menus have to be extremely confusing and I don't know why they cost as much as an outback anniversary dinner.The food was definitely not matching up to that price.
