Only been to this restaurant 2 or 3 times. But all my visits my food was good. And the staff was polite and attentive.
Worst service ever. We sat at a table and I had to get menus for my family. People that came in after us were severed no one... ever acknowledged us. I then went to the register and asked if we could get some service and was told she would have someoneright over to us. I gave them five more minutes. We were still not acknowledged so we left. Ordered Huddle Burger with bacon, no tomato. Received a plain cheeseburger. I called to tell them there was no bacon, lettuce,... or pickles. He was so rude and told me he just looked at the online order and it was right. I told him I had a screenshot of myorder and it was wrong. The family and I went here for breakfast and ordered a lot of food, 6 people made it about 80$. But we got our moneys worth. I... personally had the new stuffed hash browns,they had sausage, scrambled eggs and cheese, covered in country gravy with a side ofsourdough toast and coffee. It was a great meal and the waitress came by with an extra waffle that the kitchen had made so Iscarfed that down, too. I'm a heavy coffee drinker and my cup was never empty. (That's usually how I judge a restaurant, btw.)All of our plates looked delicious. Nichole was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we steppedinside.
